Yes, you can shop online through our site. For this, it is sufficient to enter a desired collection from the collections section on the home page, add the product you like to your cart and fill in the necessary information.

After choosing the amount of the product you want to buy, you can add the products to your basket by using the "Add to Cart" button on the screen. If you wish, you can skip the step of adding the products to your cart by clicking the "Buy Now" button just below the "Add to Cart" button and proceed directly to the purchasing section.

After hovering over the product you want to buy, you can add the product you have chosen to your basket by clicking the "add to cart" button. Then you can reach your cart via the cart sign.

If you click on the shopping cart button at the top right of the page, you can purchase the products in your cart by clicking the "Checkout" button in the My Cart section.

When your order is received, a warning message will be sent to your address as an e-mail indicating that it has been successfully completed.

We can forward your order to an address you have chosen. When completing, please specify the delivery address. Unless an alternative address is specified, your order will be delivered to the billing address. We regret to inform you that your order cannot be made to rental mailboxes.

Unfortunately, after your order has been confirmed, we are unable to make changes to some or all of your order. However, you can cancel your order and place a new order.

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased on our site, you can return it within 15 days, provided that the product has not been used and the invoice is available.

First of all, you should contact us via e-mail via info@alfombrasdeestambul.com and notify your return request. If the return acceptance is approved after the checks carried out in line with your request, you must send your unused product and the invoice we sent you during the shopping to the address we will give you in packaging. Returns are not accepted for used products or products without an invoice. Shipping fee and customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer within the scope of our return policy. Your product fee will be reflected in your account within a few days after your return package reaches us.

If you shop on our website, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express within the possibilities offered by the third-party payment provider we work with.

We use a third-party secure payment provider for payment transactions for the privacy and security of our customers' information. Due to the protection of the Turkish lira, only Turkish lira can be used in case of transactions with Turkish cards from Turkish POS. Since our third-party payment provider also uses POS belonging to Turkish banks in payment transactions, these banks refuse and do not perform the transaction in accordance with the "Turkish Lira Protection Law" when a transaction is requested from Turkish cards in foreign currency. For this reason, when trying to make foreign currency transactions with Turkish cards, the system displays the warning "Foreign currency payments cannot be made with domestic cards".
