Description
Description
Bakhtiari carpets, which are woven by hand using strong and durable wool, are named after the nomads of the Bakhtiari tribe living in the Sagros mountains near the city of Isfahan. These carpets, which are produced from thick wool that prevents deterioration, are inspired by garden views in many regions. At times, there are also Bakhtiari rugs whose patterns are similar to those of the nearby Isfahan region.
