2. Customs Duties & Import Taxes (DDP or DAP)

We ship with either of the following terms depending on your preference or country policy:

  • We cover all export and import taxes, including customs clearance in the destination country. You receive the package with no additional charges.
  • We cover all Turkish taxes and provide an invoice. Any customs duties or import taxes in the recipient country are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. Additional Shipping Flexibility

  • We usually ship with FedEx, DHL, or UPS. If you have a preferred carrier, feel free to let us know.

Carpet cleaning instructions

Do not wash in ordinary washing machines. Do not use a hard brush in the carpet cleaning process. By using carpet shampoo, you can wash the carpet in the direction of the roll with plenty of water. You can dry the carpet in a shaded environment.

Carpet Cleaning Instructions – Step by Step

1. Avoid Machine Washing

Do not clean the carpet in a regular household washing machine. This may damage the fibers, the backing, or cause the colors to bleed.

2. No Hard Brushes

Avoid using hard or abrasive brushes, which can harm the texture and natural fibers of the rug. A soft brush or sponge is recommended for gentle cleaning.

3. Use Carpet Shampoo

Dilute a mild carpet shampoo in water. Apply it evenly on the surface using a soft brush or cloth. Always clean in the direction of the weave or roll, not against it.

4. Rinse Thoroughly

After applying shampoo, rinse the carpet with plenty of clean water to remove all residues. Leaving shampoo in the fibers may cause stiffness or discoloration over time.

5. Dry in the Shade

Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause the colors to fade. Instead, hang or lay the carpet flat in a shaded, well-ventilated area until completely dry.

6. Do Not Fold While Wet

Never fold or store the rug while it is damp. Always ensure it is completely dry before use or storage to prevent mold or odor.
